SimCity 4 Locales
Updated SimCityLocale.dat archives for SimCity 4 Deluxe v1.1.610 (compatible up to v1.1.641), with community-maintained translations for the supported game languages.
Download a language, replace the original archive, and play in your preferred locale. The repository also ships a small DBPF/RefPack tool and a set of tested plugins.

Important notes
Before you start: Close SimCity 4, back up the original
SimCityLocale.dat / .DAT file, then replace it with the archive for your language.
