What this repository provides
- Locale archives and translation data.
- Tested third-party plugins with their own licenses.
- Documentation and language package information.
- A small Python utility for DBPF/RefPack inspection and safe archive maintenance.
Boundaries: this repository does not provide the game executable, installers, or copyrighted game assets beyond the included localization data. The bundled plugins are third-party software distributed under their original terms.
